Launch Month · Your first model, free
For finance teams

A model that keeps up with your books. And your CEO.

Every question about the business ends up with finance. Ari builds one model from your company's actual numbers, keeps it current after every close, and does the first pass on each question, so your team can check it and answer.

Ari runs the numbers at

  • SmartProperty
  • Clad
  • Ordinal
  • Iron & Resin
  • Kyber
  • Jobandtalent

The books are closed. The model isn't.

The month closes and the cycle starts over. Export the trial balance, paste it into the actuals tab, re-map the accounts that moved, fix the lookups that broke in Forecast_v14_FINAL, re-tie the board pack. By the time everything ties out, the review is tomorrow and nobody has had time to ask why the number moved.

Meet Ari, your personal CFO.

Ask a question. Ari builds the model from your actuals and shows you what changes.

Ari

Bring your model. Ari rebuilds it and ties it out.

Attach the workbook you run the company on. Ari rebuilds it as one model connected to your ledger, payroll and CRM, so a region or a product line becomes an axis instead of another tab. Then it builds a tie-out page that bridges your workbook to the new model and sorts every difference: errors it corrected, links that were stale, and anything it can't explain. You decide which number stays.

Read-only.
Ari reads your ledger, payroll and CRM. Nothing posts back to them.
Ties to the books.
Ask Ari to check any closed month against your accounting system, and it lists every account that differs.
Traced to the source.
Open any figure to see its formula and source rows. The same inputs give the same figure every time. When Ari explains a variance, it marks what the data supports and what's a guess.

Give Ari the first pass.

Where did we miss the forecast, and why?

On the day you pick, Ari compares last month’s actuals with the forecast and sends you the three biggest differences by Slack or email, each traced to the vendors, accounts or people behind it. It marks which explanations the data supports and which are guesses, and nothing in the model changes.

What does the hiring plan do to cash?

Ari adds the roles to a Scenario with loaded payroll cost and shows the effect on payroll, cash and operating income by quarter. New actuals flow into the Scenario too, and Main stays as it is until you merge.

Which formula drives this number?

Point at any figure and ask. Ari shows the formula, its inputs and the source rows behind them, and explains a variance without changing anything. Ask it the day before someone else does.

Is the board pack ready?

Save your board-pack process as a Skill and Ari follows it the same way every quarter: plan against actual, charts and a written summary from the same model. Ask for it as slides or a PDF. Freeze the submitted version as a Snapshot, so the number you presented stays the number you presented.

In their own words.

“I connected the Google Sheets, connected the QuickBooks, gave it almost no context. And I was floored with just the initial grasp it had on the business.”
Jake PetoskeyFP&A consultant, former PE operating partner
“It’s quite refreshing because quite often these kind of platforms try too hard to make things templatized… The benefit you’ve got here is that it is a blank canvas if you want it, and you can just build from scratch.”
Dan WalshCEO, Clarus Software
“It’s really good… Even on hypothetical LBO, merger math, etc., it’s remarkably good. Makes grounded assumptions, solid model logic.”
HarshInvestment banker
“I mean, this is awesome. And you’ve got all the HRIS stuff out of the gates.”

Stop rebuilding the model every close.

Connect your books read-only and attach the model you use today. Ari ties it to your ledger, updates it after each close and explains what moved, ready for your team to review.

What finance teams ask before hiring Ari.

Is Ari a replacement for my team?

No. Ari does the rebuilds, the tie-outs and the first pass on variances. Your team checks the work, decides what it means and explains it to the business. Every change Ari makes is logged and can be undone.

How does Ari fit our month-end?

You close the books in your accounting system, as you do now. Connected systems sync every night. When the month is closed, tell Ari, and it moves the month into actuals, checks it against the ledger, compares it with plan and updates the forecast. Before the close, the Flash report shows where the month is heading.

Who can see and change the model?

Everyone in the workspace. Each person there is an admin who can see and edit everything, salary detail included, and version history shows who changed what, Ari included. Share pages with anyone else through a view-only link. An AI tool connected over MCP works under the account of the person who connected it.

How is Ari different from Claude or Copilot in Excel?

They work inside one workbook and figure the answer out again each time you ask. Ari works in a model connected to your ledger, payroll and CRM, updated every night, with every figure traced to its source rows, and the model is still there for the next question. Prefer Claude Code or Codex? Connect them to the same model through the cfo.ai MCP server.

Does it work with NetSuite, our warehouse and several entities?

Yes. NetSuite and data warehouses are premium integrations on the Enterprise plan. For several entities, connect each QuickBooks company or Xero organisation and ask Ari for a P&L by entity with a group total. Currency conversion and intercompany eliminations go in as lines you can see and change.

What does it cost?

Startup is $375 a month billed annually, or $500 billed monthly, for the whole workspace. Plans don't charge per seat, so the whole team can join. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See pricing for Growth and Enterprise.
