For chiefs of staff and operators

Answer before your CEO asks. Ari preps the numbers.

Every review starts with a question from the CEO. Ari builds one model from your company's actual numbers, keeps it current, and has the answer ready when the question comes.

The CEO asks the question. Finance owns the model. Every department keeps its own sheet.
You're the one stitching it together.

Before every leadership sync, budget review and board meeting, you pull the latest numbers, reconcile the versions and rebuild the slides. Then the CEO asks a follow-up, and it starts again.

Meet Ari, your personal CFO.

Ask a question. Ari builds the model from your actuals and shows you what changes.

Ari

Ari builds the model from your actuals.

Connect your systems or upload the model and reports you use today. Ari turns them into one model that stays current, so finance, the department leads and the CEO work from the same numbers.

Read-only.
Ari reads your books, payroll and billing. Nothing writes back to them.
Current every night.
Connected systems sync nightly, so the model keeps up with the business.
Traced to the source.
Open any figure to see its formula and source rows. If Ari can't verify a number, it says so.

Ask Ari what your CEO will ask you.

What changed since last week?

Ari checks the numbers on the schedule you set and sends you a summary before the leadership sync. Ask why something moved, and it traces the change to the vendors, accounts or customers behind it.

Are we on budget?

Ari compares each department’s spending with its budget, explains the biggest differences and tells you which are likely to repeat. Walk into the budget review knowing what to ask each lead.

What does this hiring plan cost?

When a department lead asks for headcount, Ari adds the roles to a scenario and shows the loaded payroll, cash and runway by quarter. The main plan doesn't change until the CEO signs off and you merge it.

Is the board pack ready?

Ari drafts the board pack from the same model: plan against actual, cash and headcount, with charts and a written summary. Share every page through one view-only link. The CEO and the board don't need a cfo.ai account, and you can add a password.

In their own words.

“A week would have been generous. It would have taken me months to do it, and it's why I hadn't done it, because I was just like, I don't have the time for this. And I was able to basically dump it all into Ari, and it did it.”
Jake PetoskeyFP&A consultant, former PE operating partner
“My lord this is powerful.”
Tyler HallVP of Operations, Efficient Computer
“cfo.ai is the truth. If you want to know what the heck your company is spending on and if it is driving to ROI, you owe it to yourself to set this finance agent up for yourself.”
Garry TanCEO, Y Combinator

What chiefs of staff ask before hiring Ari.

Can my CEO and board see it without a cfo.ai seat?

Yes. Share a view-only link to one page or several. It opens without a sign-in, shows the scenario you choose, and can require a password. You can turn the link off at any time.

Can the updates come to me before I ask?

Yes. Schedule a recurring summary, like a Monday cash review, and Ari sends it to your Slack direct messages or your verified email.

Does this replace our finance lead or accountant?

No. Your accountant still closes the books. Ari keeps one model current on top of the closed numbers, so you can answer the CEO's questions without waiting on a rebuild.

Can we start from the model we already have?

Yes. Give Ari the workbook or report and ask it to rebuild the logic in cfo.ai. Check the rebuilt totals against the original before you use them in a review.

How is Ari different from Claude or Codex?

Claude and Codex can read a spreadsheet and work out an answer, but they rebuild the context from the file each time you ask. Ari works in a model built for agents: connected to your systems, updated every night, with every figure traced to its source. The model is still there for the next question. Prefer to work in Claude or Codex? Connect them to the same model through the cfo.ai MCP server.

What happens when Ari gets something wrong?

You can see where. The math runs on a deterministic engine, and every figure traces back to its formula and source rows, so a wrong number leads you to the input behind it. Fix the input and the model updates. Every change Ari makes is logged and can be undone.

What does it cost?

Startup is $375 a month billed annually, or $500 billed monthly. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See pricing for Growth and Enterprise.
